    Hi, i'm looking for o good solution for making potato vodka (european specs/96%). Someone told me that an istill 5000 l potstill for stripping and a 2000 l hybrid for finishing could be a good solution, but i'm not convinced. The long term goal is 100.000 l lpa. What do you think? any suggestions for set ups or potato vodka distilleries to visit? all the best Martens V
