Right now, I'm trying to determine the production costs and what level of production will be required to make a profit. I'm probably going to make a trip Austin and talk to the four distillers in that area pretty soon.

Hello, I am putting together a feasability study for a distillery in the Dallas, Texas area. I'd be making a corn based product in a modified pot still. I'm looking for a good source of steam rolled or steam flaked corn. Any suggestions? I'm also wondering if there are any classes or workshops in the Dallas area. Thanks.
