Whiskey Systems - Price Increase by over 400%

Hi, Does anyone have a software they use similar to Whiskey Systems? We have been a long time customer but the price magically increased by over 400% without our approval or consent. We love the functionality and ease of use of Whiskey Systems but honestly this change and the lack of customer care is making us consider other software. Thanks, Outlaw Distillery
