Introduction - Don Williams

Good Afternoon All,

My name is Don Williams.  I'm new to the ADI forum and wanted to take a moment and introduce myself.  I'm trying to read everything I can as well as talking to anyone about what it takes to develop and operate a successful distillery. I've had the opportunity to view the operations of a number of smaller distilleries in the U.S. now as well as a few of the major ones in Scotland.  I find the process fascinating and hope to someday open my own distillery.

If anyone in the N. VA area is interested, I'd love to visit your site and talk to you about your operation.
