Hello, 

I received my 33cl can order from Crown and they have not used the approved artwork for my order. So, I would like to know what's the process in this case? Never had an issue with them before but don't know what will they do to fix it!

I do not print cans but I have been in printing/signbiz for 40 years. If you can show them the art they had you approve before printing does not match their printed product, that should be on them. If they show you that you approved otherwise it is on you.
