Looking through Permits Online, not sure sure what amendment is required for this. Kindred Spirits Posted February 14, 2022 Share Posted February 14, 2022 Being it is the TTB, they might still want an updated Diagram to make sure there are no conflicts with any of their regulations and to determine where the new line for when you pay tax on spirits leaving the distillery. Without any further information I would imagine it would fall under a "commodity operations" amendment. If you need any help laying out your expansion let me know.
