I'm not trying to take the wind from your sail, but I wanted to make you aware. There have been a recent flury of distillation projects in Ohio, no less than 6 more are in the pipeline as of now. Attracting knowledgable investors that want to add another distillery to the queue may prove to be difficult. Spend some time doing your homework - - Opening another facility in Ohio may be more difficult than you think.

To add to what Scott said, you may also want to post some contact info. Someone with the money you'll need is likely not interested in posting a response here. In fact this is possibly one of the last places you want to look for investment dollars- I'd start by looking locally.
