Simple Man Distillery Posted January 24 Share Posted January 24 Does anyone have a cheat sheet for various maceration times of typical botanicals in a herbal liqueur, digestif or apertivo? In my experience Cinnamon, clove need a week or so. Flowers need several weeks Citrus peels and roots fall somewhere in between. Taste is all relative, but curious to hear others' thoughts.
