Distillery is closing and selling all equipment and barrels of whiskey as one lot

-Vendome 500 gallon distillation system 
-Vendome 500 gallon cereal cooker
-7 open top 550 gallon fermenters
-Malt handling grain system with Sasquatch double roller mill for milling grain in a closed mill room - Complete chain disc auger system to weigh milled grain and convey to cooker

-10 Transtore 350 gallon closed top stainless IBC tanks for spirit handling
-6 Transtore 550 gallon closed top stainless IBC tanks for spirit handling
-Inline automatic bottle filler with glass descrambler, conveyors, bottle filler, bottle t corker, bottle labeler. This is and automatic bottling line that only requires 2 people to operate

-Full laboratory for spirits analysis with complete set of Anton Paar Equipment -1.6 million BTU low pressure boiler
 

-45 Ton chiller built by Trane

-Superior Low Pressure boiler

-Barrel Racks built by Buzick with capacity for storing 540 barrels

-All bar equipment from tasting room including, tables, chairs refrigerators, under bar sinks, Tvs, Point of sale systems, counters. 

Whiskey

-407 barrels of bourbon ranging in age from 6 months to 6 years old. Low rye bourbon mashbill

-41 barrels or rum aging in ex bourbon casks. 

-26 barrels of 6 year old MGP bourbon. 21% rye mashbill

Asking price for all equipment and all aged spirits is $2,700,000
