Carbon water filter, R/O System and pump?

Hello,

My name is Chris, I have been lurking in the backgrounds for awhile absorbing as much as I can.

We are opening a distillery in Lexington, NC. I was hoping for any recommendations that you all may have for:

(1) Carbon filter system for mash water

(2) R/O system for proofing water and

(3) Pump for alcohol transfers,

We will be running a 600 gallon mash/tun cooker, 600 gallon fermenters, 1000 gallon HLT and CLT.
