Hi guys

 

Just wondering if anyone has ever used a cheese vat as a mash tun? 

 

Also was there any problems?

I know a coulple people that have used one, typically you just want to make sure you have enough agitation and steam input in order to have good heat up times. If you would like to jump on a call to discuss let me know.
