Check In From The West Coast

Hey all, my name is Brandon and I'm the distillery manager/lead distiller (and plenty of other things at the moment) of a new distillery opening up in San Francisco.


This is my 8th year in the industry (previously at a whiskey distillery in Ohio), and now I'm on the West Coast and producing amaro, gin, and more, and learning how to distill on our iStill Mini and iStill 2000. Excited to learn as much as possible from everyone!
