In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach and helping clients bring their custom distilling visions to life.

About the Role:

Imagine guiding clients through the entire custom distilling process, from initial concept to final product. You'll leverage your sales expertise to build strong relationships, generate leads, and close deals. Your project management skills will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of custom distilling, ensuring smooth collaboration between sales, marketing and operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys exceeding expectations.

Here's what you'll do:

      Develop and manage client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

      Generate leads and prospects, actively seeking new sales opportunities.

      Craft compelling proposals and quotes for a wide range of custom distilling projects.

      Guide clients through legal compliance for label and formula approvals.

      Collaborate with the operations and production teams to ensure successful project execution, from pre-production planning to bottling and shipping.

      Manage all aspects of the custom distilling sales cycle, including sales, manufacturing, and invoicing.

      Represent Griffo Distillery at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our capabilities.

      Partner with the marketing team to develop effective branding and promotional strategies.

      Conduct distillery tours for clients, fostering a connection with our brand and process.

      Manage sales budgets and work with senior management to ensure profitability.

We're looking for someone who:

      Possesses a true passion for, and a detailed understanding of, beverage production.

      Has extensive knowledge of spirits, the distillation process, and product distribution.

      Boasts a minimum of 3 years of experience in beverage sales.

      Thrives in building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.

      Demonstrates exceptional sales acumen, with a proven track record of success.

      Is a master of communication, excelling in face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.

      Has a knack for project management, adept at coordinating workflows and meeting deadlines.

      Feels comfortable conducting product demonstrations and tastings.

      Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
