Curtis McMillan Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 We are already running a thin line being able to sell from our gift shop. Does any one push the bar and sell cigars. Our state (mass) requires you be a retail store with the power to take state tax. I know we can take state tax im just unsure if our gift shop counts as retail. If it does can I sell soda also?
