Need 2nd assistant in distillery and chai

We currently are looking for a second assistant to jump in and learn fast while we are just in the beginning of our distillation season of the brandy-making operation. The position is in Redwood Valley, California and it is a full-time permanent position for the right person. Duties to start: running early morning still, wine pick-up with truck, barreling, accurate paperwork, etc. Over time, it will lead to more.
