Continental Spirits Posted September 28, 2013 Share Posted September 28, 2013 Hello all, First post here but have been reading for quite some time. I'll keep it short and sweet. I am in the process of building a business plan, however, I do not have any hands on experience in making spirits. I have a few contacts, but I was wondering how much the really good consultants charge to get the business off the ground. I.e. when you see a small craft distillery and how they had Dave Pickerell for example help them get off the ground. Also, who would you all consider to be the top consultants? Cheers!
