fining agents

Do any of you use finning agents in your herbal liquors? I assume they would be the same as for regular alcohol because to my knowledge ethanol content shouldn't effect their efficiency at settling out particles...

Does anyone use finning agents to held clerify their macerated liquors? If so what seems to be your favoright? Bentonite, gelatins, agar?
