mendodistilling
Any experience from fellow distillers on CEQA. Its looking like a four letter word your not allowed to say at an SBA meeting. I'm hoping for the best but I'm now actively researching how to avoid an Environmental Impact report requirement to be done unless a real reason is raised. My neighbors are vehemently against me now because an asphalt plant was approved a continued use on a creek on the outside of our area at the same time my public hearing went before the zoning administrator. Love to hear your experiences. Listening to Ralph speak about his distillery in new York and being near a creek but prevailing made my day full of hope. When I returned my day was derailed by unanimous contestation. Now I need to be prepared as possible I've found. I wish this on none of you. Its epicily expensive.
