If you look at the Beverage Alcohol Manual you'll find that despite popular usage, the correct term is GNS, not NGS. You have "Neutral Spirits" as the class or spirits, but what type? Grain neutral spirits, grape neutral spirits, potato neutral spirits, etc. Just a pet peeve of mine. Also, the TTB tends to respond more favorably when one uses the correct terminology.
