Santa Fe Spirits looking for Distiller

Santa Fe Spirits has been distilling in New Mexico since 2010 and has a portfolio of award winning products.

• We distil our whiskey from grain to bottle
• We encourage input and ideas from every employee

 

We are looking for someone with distilling or brewing experience to assist the distiller in day to day operation of the distillery (still operation, mashing, fermentation monitoring, blend creation, barrel management, equipment cleaning and general maintenance of facility) as well as  production planning, preventative maintenance and increasing efficiency.

• Previous distilling or brewing experience required
• High school diploma required

• Must be 21 or older

• Must be able to lift 55lbs repeatedly and be on your feet for most of the day

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel required

• Clean driving record

   

  Salary is based on distilling experience.  Benefits include 50% medical insurance co-pay and paid time off.
