adamOVD
Does anyone know how much diastatic power extraneous enzymes lose in a year?
whiskeytango
I was recently told to just up the dosage 10% per month past exertion date.. Seems to still work ok for me.
Breckenridge Technologies
It probably will vary by manufacture. We represent Novozymes and many of our customers continue to use enzymes past the best by date. The feedback we have received is a 5%-10% increase in the feed rate every few months(past the best by date) keeps their yields consistent.
