The question is, can we open that second location under the same federal permit (state is another story), produce at both locations, then switch to the second location when the time is right? Jedd Haas Posted March 18, 2022 Share Posted March 18, 2022 Possibly. You want to look up "non contiguous extension of DSP premises." You'll find this as one of the options in Permits Online.
