Nicholas Cowles
Any suggestions on how to really clean the smell out of plastic totes? what cleaning products work for this...the smell I'm dealing with is peperoncini from olives.. It's a great smell if you are making martinis.. but not for brandy!! Nick
will
Nick, Don't even try. Nothing will take that out. We had a pickle factory nearby, and tried to clean a few of their totes...waste of time. Now, we buy refurb totes with new alcohol rated food-grade "bottles" for around $200. Everything that touches the product is new. Good luck, Will
Scott @ Twenty2Vodka
I agree with Will... cleaning these totes is likely a lost cause unless they have sentimental value.

Hi Will, Where have you been sourcing your refurbished totes from? Thanks, John
will
You'll want to find a local supplier, but i'm using Myers Container LLC - 800.406.9377
