Attached is our barrel inventory list, it ranges from rum we fermented on site and has been aging for 5 years to some Venezuelan rum that's approaching 3 years in Bourbon casks. There is a fair amount of French Oak finishing in the mix. Take a look at the inventory and shoot me a DM with any questions.
