Golden Beaver Distillery
We get 53 using bunkering like above in a 20' container. We cut 4x4x10' with a 8° chamfer on the top side. We originally used all-thread to create the spacers between the rails but now use 4" nylon webbing (cheaper). We put a large capped vent on top and 2" louver vents on the bottom (6 per side, two on the ends).

We first burn a hole in the nylon using a heated nail where the wood screw needs to go. We then use a fender washer sandwiched between the screw head and the webbing. We tie the webbing to the inside sides of the 4x4
