aellison
Hello All, just wondering if it makes sense to reprocess the heads and tails from rye whiskey distilling and run it through the column for vodka? Just to see if I can get anything good out of it. Anyone see any downsides to this? Thanks!

adamOVD
If you're just curious what your Rye would taste like in Vodka form, then I'd think it would give you a pretty good idea. Our vodka is just our rum wash distilled to 190+. Overall, I'm a believer in dumping Feints into the next distillation. It definitely boosts the yield, and helps consistency between batches.
