I'm a hobbyist from Canada who knows next to nothing but I'm having fun anyway. My question about the forum is it intended more for commercial producers and such? I strongly recommend spending time at https://homedistiller.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page it's a wonderful resource with thousands of global members that know a ton about small-scale home distillation. I've been lurking at Homedistiller a bit, the general feeling I get is that it's a bit salty there so I branched out a to find a more welcoming environment. All good though! Thanks again, take car.
