miller
Yesterday as we were looking out at our columns, the question was asked "Would anyone be interested in 160 proof alcohol to distill further or use as a whiskey base" The product only has water and solids removed and is out of our first column. If you need to save time our have limited grain cooking capacity let me know, I'm sure we could help.
Jedd Haas
What's the cost per drum and the grain bill?
miller
The thought was $340 for 55 gallon at this point the grain is soft white wheat but that can change with demand
ViolentBlue
so if I understand correctly this is stripped wash or "Low wines"? or have cuts been made?
miller
No cuts have been made, the only thing that's been taken out are the solids and most of the water. The full character is left to be guided to it's ultimate destination.
