Total spirits market is around $20 billion, but that's manufacturer sales. You find lots of different numbers, which get inflated due to each container being sold 3 time (at each tier). Do this search: http://www.google.com/search?q=pdf+site%3Adiscus.org and you'll get all kinds of sales data. Not in pie chart form, but I'm sure you're up to transforming it. Now that DISCUS has created the membership category for craft distilleries, perhaps they will now start accumulating the craft data relative to the big guys.
