Then contact your Federal Legislators and educate them. INVITE YOUR SENATOR AND CONGRESSMAN TO SEE A WORKING DISTILLERY WHILE IN THE DISTRICT FOR SUMMER BREAK, invite them to meet your voting/taxpaying staff, sample your Agricultural products and witness the visitor traffic you generate. Let them know the nascent American Craft Distilling industry would like parity with our Beer and Wine making cousins' discounted Federal Excise Tax rates.
