This comes after a year's worth of distilling training as well as rounding out my MBA program at UC Irvine. We're hoping that we have the expertise, talent, and training to grow our small distillery into something great over the next few decades. If you get in a bind with any cooling equipment, give me a shout- I have some used/reconditioned chillers as well as mash coolers & glycoolers.
