Obviously, the rate varies based on the distillery's success, the area in which it is located in, etc., but I just wanted to get a general ballpark idea of the hours and wage that a lead distiller can make. Based off that ask them their previous work history and Wage/Salary, then consider the work load and responsibilities and what the Lead Distiller position holds.
