Greetings! I'm a mechanical engineer for a manufacturing company. The art and science of distilling are very interesting to me. I hope to own a distillery at some point later in my life. I'm very interested in the design & fabrication of distilling equipment, as well as the processes involved in distilling. While these are just interests at this point in my life (I own a company that takes up too much of my time), I hope to someday retire and focus on these interests. I joined the ADI at the end of last summer and had full intentions of attending the upcoming conference, but my wife and I are having another child due March 28th. Maybe next year! For now, it's research.
