Greetings all,

I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. My name is Nathan Collins and I am the owner/distiller of Clay Hill Distillery in Bryan, TX. I just got my TABC approval last month, have made my first run and am in development now. My plan is to produce whisky. If anyone has wisdom or advice I would welcome the input.
