Mrs. Griffo Distillery
Hi all, We have yet to sign with a distributor, but are hoping to contribute a few bottles to a local nonprofit event. We're in California. A couple questions. Are we allowed to do that? Can we transport it directly? Thanks! Jenny
Scrounge
I think you are good to go on that, but why don't you just call your regional office for the ABC. Being that everybody on here is from everywhere, your going to need a CA specific answer. I'm also in CA and the folks at my regional office are very helpfull when I have a question. Ther might be some specifics, in the answer, that you should really know.
tbagnulo
I agree with Scrounge. I've done plenty of non-profit events for big brands in CA, but the product is generally delivered by the distributor. Definitely check with the local ABC folks, as California is one of the trickiest markets when it comes to liquor marketing.
