Dented Brick Distillery is looking for a Head Distiller for it's start-up craft distillery in Salt Lake City UT. Dented Brick is a destination distillery opening this fall. We specialise in Liquor crafted from raw materials and artesian water in a 14,000 square foot distillery, featuring a 28-foot tall custom Vendome copper still, aging room and retail store. Head distiller will be responsible for day to day production, recipe creation and modification, process docs including initial equipment set up and documentation, and working with the senior management team to meet production and sales goals.

Require 2 to 5 years experience and distilling certification.
