Home to goregous landscapes and a thriving tourist and college scene, I have begun the process of starting a craft distillery in this beautiful part of the country. My partners and I are dedicated to fulfilling this dream and bringing small batch, hand crafted spirits to our neck of the woods. Hoping forums here on ADI can provide insightful and useful information that will assist in decision making processes, as well as enhance my knowledge about all things distilling (i.e. grain selection, mashing, fermentation, etc.) Any advice on how start up, pit falls, must dos, and other worldly advice is welcomed.
