Chris Martin
New here... I'm curious as to how you gin makers effectively clean after a run of gin, bottling etc. so that other products (such as vodka) are not "contaminated" by the gin during their distillation and bottling... short of having two of everything. How much of a royal pain in the backside is it?
Classick
we run steam for about 45 minutes.. thats about all it takes for us.. but we dont have any botanical traps or anything in our alambic still.

I schedule my gin runs to coincide with regular cleaning of my still. I clean the still every 12 uses so left over flavors are cleaned out on a regular basis.
