Old Trestle Distillery, located by Lake Tahoe in beautiful Truckee, California, is searching for a Head Distiller or Master Distiller.  This is an exciting tourist location with skiing, mountain biking, climbing, and is a base-camp for a big life.  

We're an up-and-coming artisan distillery with a focus on Whiskey & Gin - important to us is experimentation and creating craft spirits which will be spectacular and cutting edge.  Traditional styles will also be required and your knowledge and experience of creating those will be essential.  Our company is well capitalized and is currently designing a renown food & beverage offering overlooking a world-class riverfront property.  This position is a career opportunity and compensation will be commensurate on experience, passion, work ethic, fitness and knowledge.  We're emphasizing that the candidate must have experience working with others, directing an assistant, and must be able to take direction from the ownership leader.  Success at Old Trestle Distillery can lead to additional bonus compensation.  Please see job description attached.
