correct way to set up manual steam control valves for stills

Below is a pic of the best way to set up manual steam control valves for your still or mash tun.  You get close with the large valve then dial it in with the small valve.

Have the same setup.  Generally use the large valve during heat up, and close it down, just using the small valve during a spirit run.

I know this is an old post, but i wish i saw this about a month ago haha.  I have 1 globe valve on the still and one on the mash tun.
