Thatch
Looks like you might be able to but you should also check with your insurer. 1. What is the minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages? Answer: Although it is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to have in her or his possession alcoholic beverages, this does not preclude the employment of any person 18 years of age or older in the sale, preparation, or service of alcoholic beverages in any establishment licensed by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco or the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Generally, it is unlawful for any vendor licensed under the Beverage Law to employ any person who is under 18 years of age. However, there are certain exemptions that may be found in F.S. 562.13. dhdunbar
It is all state law. State liquor law still often = blue law. They are a zany mix. Ask the local ABC agents what the law is in your state.
