    if my Mash Tun holds 5,275 gallons - how much Wash do I pull from that? I can't find the math on any site for this? out of that how much will I lose in my fermentation? that about sums it up.

    I know all the big boys do it. How many little guys use an age check on your website. Do any laws require it?

    I understand what he is saying, and agree. Youth can't be an excuse for quality. Early auto makers spent massive amounts on quality because it had their name on it. Your name needs to stand for something. 90% of them almost went broke but that desire helped build the auto industry. If american micro distilling is going to make a name or a dent we need to hit the big boys in quality, price, and personal customer connection.

    We are only looking for 300 bottles each week. First guy called me back but his minimum was 25k bottles. Who does low run bottles?

    Both of our members have sheetmetal experience and want to build our own still. Have any of you built your own still. I know the atf wants serial numbers and a written approval for the still. How did you all deal with this?
