  4. What are the dimensions? Any reason these couldn't be used as a spirit tank to hold low wines?

  10. Price reduced to 12.5K For that price you get: High proof pump with triclamp attachments - can be used to move around spirits as well. 2 Stage filter system Holding tank with a float 2 bottle Pneumatic filler Pneumatic T-top corker with gate Stainless Steel Cabinet
  11. Selling our Abe Patriot Fill Station. It works great but we are finding that we like to fill 50 bottles at a time and then switch to another product. This is built to set up and rip through bigger quantities. We have used it to fill our 375 ML and 750 ML bottles. You can check it out at https://abeequipment.com/products/filling-equipment/patriot-fill-station/ Cost us 21K new and a long lead time. Selling for 14K. 4 months old. Pneumatic air operated - one air port covers the pump, corker, and filler. Ours is the 6 foot option so it doesn't have the white top space to the left of the filler. We have never wished we had more space there as we line up bottles to the side as they come off the bottle cleaner. Also the pump and filters are located on the right side and the unit has the corker with a rail to hold corks. The pump can also be used outside of the system which has been great for us. The pump has 1.5 inch trim clamp in and out fitting. We use the pump to move finished spirits around a lot. We also opted for the caster upgrade so its on lockable wheels. Super easy to move around and small footprint so you can tuck it away when not in use. It has a holding tank inside. So basically you hook it up to a tank and the pump fills the holding tank (through the filters). Then it shuts off when the tank is full and it draws in more spirit whenever the tank drops below full. The cabinet has some open space that we also use for storage for our triclamps and filters. Let me know if you have any questions. You would have to coordinate shipping, but it shouldn't be hard. It is located in New Jersey so if its local you can also pick up with a truck. Feel free to email me at tommy@wildfether.com ABE_Patriot_Fill_Station_web-1.pdf
  12. Dropping price to 5K total for both. Looking to move soon.
  13. We are looking to sell our open top wood fermenters. Business has been better than expected so we are looking to get a bigger mash tun and fermenters. We have used these for a few months and they are in great shape. They hold 400 gallons of mash with ample head space. The diameter is just under 5 feet and the height 52 inches. It has a 2 inch outlet from the bottom of the fermenter. We can get every drop of mash out easily with a squeegee. The fermenter sits on a pair of 4x4s on each side. We can include them in the deal or you can just pick some up from Home Depot and cut them yourself. We also built lids for them ourselves. The lids come in 3 pieces and the screws are all stainless steel. When we are using them we just flip up 1 of the 2 smaller end pieces. The middle piece is heavier and we leave it in place most of the time You do not need to use the lids at all if you don't want. We have done it both ways. No leaks at all - you will probably need to swell them for a couple of days when you receive them then they'll be ready to go. It has 3 hoops on each one and you can tighten the hoops with a wrench if you ever need to. We have never needed to. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Asking 6,000 for both. If interested email me at tommy@wildfether.com
  14. Shoot me an email with pricing info please - tommy@wildfether.com
  15. I am looking for 4-7 barrels of Bourbon to purchase to get our tasting room open. Looking to receive a sample first. If we put together an order, I am willing to pay a deposit for the barrells now. I can't receive the barrels until I have my state license sometime in April. *I also need to buy the barrel from the distillery holding the barrel in bond. NJ won't allow me to buy through a 3rd party.
  16. Not sure where you are at @needmorstuff but here are some suggestions that may help. For your current setup, just stick to malted barley mashes. You will be able to easily lauter then before or after fermentation and the wort will not scorch with your heating elements. Stay away from rye, corn, and wheat for now. You can play around with adding them in small percentages (5-10%) to your malted barley mash. If you want to get creative then create single malt mashes with a couple different kinds of malted barely. The issue for wheat and rye are the proteins make it through the BIAB and will scorch with the heating element. Corn's issue is that is doesn't want to let go of any of the water. Some people had had luck with bringing it up super slow and keeping it constantly agitated until it gets to a boil in the still. I haven't experimented with that. If you really want to work with those grains, you may have a luck with something like a T-500 where the heat is somewhat indirect. The best option is to find a baine marie still or steam jacketed. From your last post it sounds like you have that coming so good luck! I know it's been 6 months since your last post so I am interested to hear an update!
