  1. I have 100 cases of Niagara 375ml bottles for sale. the cases are dirty from sitting in a warehouse. the cases are not in great shape, but the bottles are fine. I'm asking $7 a case(12 bottles). Give me a call if you are interested. Brad 937-604-3621
  2. We recently had a mash that started fermenting slowly. the next day's cook actually finished at about the same time. How long can a finished mash sit waiting to be distilled? We can do two stripping runs in a day, but would rather not. will an extra day matter after the mash is finished? thanks, Brad
  3. I read somewhere about a scenario during distillation where you could end up with heads throughout an entire run. I can't find the information now, and can't remember what the cause was. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks as always, Brad

  7. We discovered something clinging to the inside of our corn bags. it looks like a spider web of sorts. then we found what looks like a worm of some kind. do these look familiar to anybody? how can post photos?
  8. we have cooked two more mashes with very good results by both grinding finer and cooking a little longer. the difference was 5% ish. how would we measure bicarbonates?
  9. What would happen if you scooped off the cap when its floating on top? is the cap mostly unfermentable stuff?

  11. We made a batch of bourbon with corn that wasn't ground very fine. we didn't get a very good starting gravity. how much can a finer grind affect the S.G.? Thanks, Brad

When furnishing the additional information Part h section 1b asks for a statement of production procedure. if i list what i think will be our procedure, and it ends up being different, do i have to resubmit the corrected procedure? if so how does that take place? how much variation in procedure is cool?
