    You can also look into fiverr.com, for $5 you can have someone perform a patent search and/or file a trademark for you. Has saved me a lot of time and effort in the past.

    Please be cautious when using Alibaba, while many suppliers in China are capable of supplying what you need, most "factories" on Alibaba are simply trading companies/scammers masked as factories aka a manufacturing version of catfishing!
