I searched "hydrometers " in the forum to learn more about what I should purchase but didn't find what I was looking for. I want to purchase a digital hydrometer so I don't need any glass ones. Really just one hydrometer for all the proofing for the label. Any recommendations? A DMA35 from Anton-Paar can often be found used but in working condition on eBay. That unit has the advantage over their Snap series because they double as a “saccharometer” as they also give sugar readings, in addition to ABV and degrees of proof readings. Pour Decisions Posted March 19, 2023 Share Posted March 19, 2023 Keep in mind that there are some more "affordable" units like the DMA35 that see allot of use, but they are not TTB approved.
