RyeWater
Does anyone know of any tube-in-tube heat exchangers with 3" tri-clamp connections? We currently have a 2' tri-clamp tube in tube but we are upsizing our system to all 3" TC equipment and I cant seem to find anyone who produces a 3" shell in tubes unless its custom made. TwentySevenBrewing
It may be easier to use a reducer?
BWFiggins
Far less expensive to use a 3” x 2” TC reducer.

I have plenty of those but I have 3" tanks/hoses/pumps, I don't want to reduce to 2" anywhere in the system.
TwentySevenBrewing
What is the concern of reducing to 2 inches just for the chiller? Sorry I'm still learning and consider myself a "newbie", and I'm trying to understand why you don't want to reduce anywhere in the system?
ViolentBlue
I have built a 40 tube x 12ft long for our distillery in Central Washington. 4" over 3" tube. can build one for you if you like, let me know your needs/specs.
whiskeytango
Going larger would also lower your volume to surface area so it might be bigger but it might not cool as well as forcing it through a smaller tube.
