This is a beautiful DYE Combination Pot/Hybrid Still for sale. Plumbed for Steam. This is a complete still with CiP pump, all plumbing, ready to use. Was lightly used for a year and a half, boiler broke and is not currently installed. We bought a prototype electric still to replace it. We love everything about this still, and when it was running it produced great tasting product. 

We had it inspected by Kris from Distillerynow@gmail.com and he gave it a thumbs up. 

4 Mueller Style Bubble Plates with internal bypass, 350mm or 13.5". Manual valve to adjust to pot still configuration. 

Agitator and Pump wired for 3-Phase.

If anyone picks this unit up and needs help figuring out how to work it I'd come in and help set up and commission for free if you let me run it once, obviously Kris was mentioned above and as his hands were on this already I don't want to step on his toes as a consultant and start offering paid service here because he would be very qualified to get this equipment commissioned and optimized, but if for some reason you don't go that route holler at your boy Slick City.

I just want to run a DYE its one of the only manufacturers I haven't run

This is still available. Answers to a couple of common questions that we've received:

• It requires a low pressure steam boiler with 300k BTU capacity
• There is a CIP pump and an Agitator motor that both require 3-phase. We had it wired for 240v at 3.83 amps
• We've attached the drawing of it from DYE for size questions
