NY State Compliance Consultant

Does anyone know of a NY State compliance specialist?  I have a consultant that helped with my Federal TTB which was approved but she does not handle state level.  I have been approved by NY State but realized I missed a document/permit and want to make sure I have everything completed correctly.

Where are you located.

i have an associate who turn-keys  breweries and distilleries, mostly the production end. I have worked with him on the cooling end (chillers, etc.).

He works downstate NY.
