Michaelangelo
Just curious, in this configuration vs. others that you have posted, the gin basket is after the plated columns. Is there a reason?

Artisan Still Design
Just curious, in this configuration vs. others that you have posted, the gin basket is after the plated columns. Is there a reason? less surface are to get contaminated with the botanical oils. it is steam heated

jerrysun2014
that is absolutely gorgeous if the copper will become oxidation, do you have handled the copper outside surface I think that the buttom of column ,it is very wasteful,I 'd better to build a cleaning water tank instead of the leg
Artisan Still Design
I personally like the brown penny look on copper, its honest. but if you like shiney copper a weekly polish with appropriate cleaning/polishing agent is not terribly time consuming, if you can keep on top of it. jerrysun2014
HI,ASD I have a little doubt that why don't you install a valve here, look follow picture if the 3-way ball valve turn the steam go straight to vodka column, but here no valve, then the steam will not enter to whisky column?
